Job summary

PT Asuransi Simas Jiwa membuka posisi staf administrasi penjualan untuk kanal Bancassurance AJK. Tugas utama meliputi pengelolaan dokumen administrasi penjualan, penerbitan polis, laporan penjualan, dan dukungan operasional tim.

Posisi ini memerlukan minimal S1 di bidang terkait, pengalaman 1 tahun, serta mahir MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Kandidat yang teliti, terorganisir, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tenggat waktu sangat diharapkan.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di bidang Administrasi Bisnis/Manajemen/Keuangan atau bidang terkait.
• Lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar dengan kemampuan yang kuat.
• Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Excel & PowerPoint).
• Keterampilan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan pemangku kepentingan internal maupun eksternal.
• Teliti, teratur, dan mampu mengelola data dengan akurat.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tenggat waktu yang ketat dalam lingkungan dinamis.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola dan memelihara dokumen administrasi penjualan kanal Bancassurance AJK (formulir aplikasi kredit, penerbitan polis, laporan penjualan, dll.).
• Memberi dukungan administratif dan operasional kepada Account Officer (AO) di bank mitra.
• Berkoordinasi dengan underwriting, klaim, keuangan, dan tim operasional untuk memastikan proses penerbitan polis berjalan lancar.
• Menyusun dan memperbarui laporan penjualan, pipeline, dan dashboard kinerja kanal.
• Menangani permintaan data/informasi dari AO dan mitra bank terkait status polis, komisi, dan hal-hal administrasi lainnya.
• Memastikan semua aktivitas administrasi sesuai SOP perusahaan dan regulasi OJK.
• Mendukung kebutuhan operasional harian tim penjualan, termasuk materi presentasi, penjadwalan, dan tugas administrasi lainnya.

Job description

Manage and maintain sales administration documents for the Bancassurance AJK channel (credit application forms, policy issuance, sales reports, etc.) accurately and on time.

Provide administrative and operational support to Account Officers (AO) in partner banks.

Coordinate with underwriting, claims, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance processes.

Prepare and update sales reports, pipelines, and channel performance dashboards.

Handle requests for data or information from AOs and bank partners regarding policy status, commissions, and other administrative matters.

Ensure all administrative activities comply with company SOPs and OJK regulations.

Support daily operational needs of the sales team, including presentation materials, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in sales administration/operations, preferably in life insurance, bancassurance, or banking industry (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome to apply).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).

Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling data accurately.

Able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

High integrity, discipline, and service-oriented mindset.
