Job summary

Kredivo is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Jakarta team. You will assist customers, explain product features, and resolve inquiries with a focus on fast, accurate solutions in a dynamic fintech environment.

The ideal candidate has a degree, 2 years in a related role, and strong people skills. Fresh graduates are welcome. Fluency in English is a plus, and you should be comfortable with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Preferably non-management and non-supervisor role in customer service.
• Patient, calm with strong people skills and problem-solving ability.
• Familiar with customer service solutions such as Freshdesk, Freshchat and Freshcaller.
• Conversational English preferred.
• Willing to work shifting schedule including day/night, weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Preferably non-management & non-supervisor, specializing in customer service or equivalent.
• Patient and calm personality, strong people skills and good problem solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

• Resolves customer queries and complaints by clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve their problem and following up with them to check resolution of the problem
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal teams as needed
