Job summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Officer based in Jakarta Barat. The CRO will be responsible for day to day task such as :

• Create new customer or expand customer base
• Maintain relationship with existing customer
• Help customer solve problem and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
• Stay updated to new products and market
• Customer visit : Office and Factory

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the industrial products such as industrial pumps, seals, valves, power transmissions, and solutions industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Public Relation or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel out of town
• Ability to work in high stress environment and multitask
• Driving license : A or C
• Preferably have own vehicle
• Industry : Mining, Refinery, Oil and Gas, Pulp and Paper, Marine, Power Plant, Chemical Plant, Cement Plant, Fertilizer, General Industry, etc.
• Minimum 2 yeas experience in industrial company , B2B & B2C sales
• Language : Indonesia, English and Mandarin (plus)
