Job summary

PT. TENINDO MAKMUR SEJAHTERA is seeking a Customer Relations & Logistics Admin in the Tangerang area to coordinate paint deliveries from the warehouse to ships and negotiate related costs.

The role involves reviewing customer documents, uploading invoices and POs to vendor systems, and tracking invoices. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years in administration, customer service, or logistics, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably Logistics/Management/Communication major
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Administration/Customer Service/Logistics role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and communication/negotiation skills
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills, Proactive, Discipline, High Integrity and eager to grow

Responsibilities

We are a leading marine and industrial coatings authorized distributor with more than 10 years of experience in the maritime industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Arrange paint delivery from the warehouse to the ship

Negotiate delivery costs with the vendors

Review and verify supporting documents from customers

Upload BASTB, Invoice, and Purchase Order to the customer's vendor system

Track customer invoices

Job Requirements:
