Job summary

Techconnect.id is seeking a mid-level project & strategy manager for mining to identify and mitigate risks in yearly production cycles. You will drive data strategy, support site development, and manage cross-functional communications with shareholders.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in mining-focused PM/strategy roles, experience with AI-enabled data analysis, and strong data visualization skills to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining, commercial, or statistics.
• 3–5 years of experience in project & strategy management in mining.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive critical project management in mining, identify and monitor issues, and mitigate risks during project execution.
• Support and assist for site development implementation.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the mining site development plan.
• Lead high-impact strategic projects and manage communications between business units and shareholders.

Job description

• To handle critical project management in mining-> Supporting mining business unit to identify, monitor and handle issues might happen during project execution, so that will smoothen, enhance, and mitigate risk during operational production in yearly basis.
• To support and assist for implementation of site development
• Data Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the mining site’s development plan.
• You will be responsible to drive high-impact, strategic projects, build project management and manage communications between business units and shareholders.
• Experienced working in mining company before, handled business process/ operational excellence/ business improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mining, commercial, Statistics).
• Expertise in project & strategy management in mining industry
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience
• Experience in leveraging AI tools for data analysis (analyze & interpret data)
• Having proficiency in data visualization tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
