Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Manage orders, lead times, and quality concerns to ensure timely resolutions.
• Apply product knowledge to meet customer needs and upsell when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales, order entry, finance and operations to share information.
• Support monthly/quarterly sales targets by assisting commercial teams or selling when needed.
• Anticipate customer needs and take proactive actions.
• Meet KPIs and productivity targets for the department.
