Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree from any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or related roles.
• Experience with external parties (especially e-commerce) and coordinating with internal divisions.
• Having background from Insurance/Insurtech is a great plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding the process and status of insurance claims.
• Handle complaints, provide good solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution via email, WhatsApp, Livechat, etc.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Being the PIC between insured and Insurance companies.
• Prepare report related to daily activities/data to Supervisors and Managers.
