Job summary

PT Prasetia Qube Wellness is seeking a Customer Care professional to act as the primary contact for customers, delivering professional support on Technogym products and services. You will collaborate with Sales, Service/Technical, and other teams to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive service experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer-oriented service, and the ability to follow up on and close cases while maintaining meticulous records. Bali-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Customer Relations, or Frontliner roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, responsive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; English will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding Technogym products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer needs and concerns are properly addressed.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Service/Technical, and other related departments to provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, complaints, follow-up activities, and resolution status.
• Monitor ongoing customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
• Support initiatives to continuously improve customer satisfaction and overall service experience.
