Alfagift is seeking a customer service associate in Indonesia to respond to inquiries via the Alfagift app, escalate issues to internal teams, and follow up to confirm resolutions. You will also conduct satisfaction surveys and assist during peak periods by managing calls and emails.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible weekend schedule. SMA/SMK through Bachelor's degrees are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Education ranges from High School diploma to Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred majors: Communication, Business, or Management.
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and efficient.
• Excellent communication skills, patient, and empathetic.
• Willing to work flexible shifts (morning/afternoon).
• Available on weekends with a substitute weekday off.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages via Alfagift application.
• Escalate unresolved customer complaints or inquiries to appropriate internal teams.
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their issues.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via outbound phone calls.
• Support the Alfagift Customer Service team during high-volume periods by handling calls, emails, or escalations.
