Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a data analyst to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial programs, identify optimization opportunities, and improve supply quality across availability, price, and revenue margins. You will surface data-driven recommendations on hotels, markets, or segments to onboard or realign, and support Market Managers by diagnosing KPI gaps with rigorous data evidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst/science role.
• Strong SQL, spreadsheet tools, and Python proficiency.
• 5+ years building dashboards with BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Domo).
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
• Proven experience in statistical experimentation or A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the effectiveness of Traveloka's commercial programs and optimize deployment across availability, price competitiveness, and revenue margin.
• Proactively surface data-driven recommendations on hotels, markets, or segments to onboard or realign with existing programs.
• Support Market Managers by investigating KPI dashboards and diagnosing performance gaps with data.
