We are seeking an intern for the Human Capital Department to help implement ARISE Core Values, develop cultural media, and manage engagement programs. This 6-month internship offers exposure to CSR activities, internal communications, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in design and illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) to create visual media and campaigns.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
• Willing to intern for 6 months.
• Only open to graduates who are still eligible to register for the MagangHub Batch 3 program.

Responsibilities

• Implement and internalize ARISE Core Values as part of the work culture across the company environment.
• Develop cultural communication media such as posters, booklets, videos, digital content, and campaigns.
• Manage Employee Engagement programs to increase employee involvement and sense of belonging.
• Organize internal activities such as Tea Time, Siap Improvement, Culture Campaign, Celebration, and Employee Activity.
• Support the ARISE Role Model program as a form of cultural appreciation.
• Develop ARISE Gamification to increase employee participation.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback for program improvement.
• Support internal communications through WhatsApp Blast, U-News, internal Instagram, Lobby TV, LED, and Desktop Wallpaper.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate cultural values into every work activity.
• Document all Culture & Engagement programs.
