Job summary

Mobee is seeking a Product Researcher who will dig into user behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes to guide product strategy and decisions. You will blend market research with user insights to shape data-informed product directions and business impact.

Ideal candidates thrive at the intersection of market research, user research, and product strategy, and are passionate about personal finance, crypto, and Web3, with hands-on data analysis experience.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in product research, market research, research analyst, UX research, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, or Python (a big plus).
Proficiency in user research methods (JTBD framework, interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.).
Familiarity with market research tools (SimilarWeb, GWI, Google Trends, Messari, Nansen, or Dune Analytics).
Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Smartlook etc.).
Ability to turn complex data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.
Strong storytelling & communication skills to present research findings in an impactful way.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and iterative product development environment.

Responsibilities

Market & Competitive Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats; Benchmark against competitors; Monitor crypto, DeFi, Web3, macroeconomics and fintech trends.
