Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in STEM or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in business analysis, product analytics, market research, or corporate strategy roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or scripting is a plus.
• Data-driven with high data sensitivity and the ability to derive business insights.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency industry and independent research.
• Good collaboration and communication skills with a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to structure problems and present findings clearly to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and reports to track business and user KPIs across product lines.
• Evaluate performance of product and marketing initiatives using cohort analysis, A/B testing, and segmentation.
• Analyze raw data, track market share and brand awareness, and output business analysis reports.
• Benchmark against local and global competitors across features, pricing, product strategy, and GTM.
• Analyze user behavior patterns, retention cohorts, and financial habits across segments.
• Validate hypotheses with PostHog, SQL, surveys, or experiments.
• Create structured presentations or reports for Product/ Growth teams and leadership.
• Communicate insights clearly to Product, Growth, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
