Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs.
• Provide technical support on aftermarket services and parts.
• Identify and pursue aftermarket sales opportunities (spare parts, wear parts, service contracts).
• Develop business plans and targets for product range with Sales Manager; introduce new products and trials to purchase.
• Collaborate with service engineers to resolve customer issues and promote products.
