Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales, preferably in crushing and screening or mining sectors.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to customers.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing aftermarket revenue.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers; understand their needs.
• Provide technical support and address inquiries; support aftermarket services.
• Identify and pursue aftermarket sales opportunities (spare parts, wear parts, service contracts).
• Develop business plans and targets for product range with Sales Manager; introduce new products.
• Collaborate with service engineers to resolve customer issues.
• Promote products with product specialists; help close orders and resolve problems.
• Provide sales support to internal team (leads, sales calls, training, competitive intel).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
