Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks a dynamic Sales Engineer specializing in Crushing and Screening equipment. The role links Product Line, regional customers, and the sales team to drive opportunities across Indonesia.

Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with product specialists to promote solutions and close orders. Frequent travel is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical or related).
• Min 5-year experience in technical sales; crushing & screening, heavy equipment, or mining experience preferred.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation and contract management to drive aftermarket sales and service contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present, negotiate, and convey technical information.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to understand needs.
• Provide technical support on aftermarket services and respond to inquiries.
• Identify and pursue aftermarket opportunities such as spare parts and service contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop plans andtargets for product range introductions.
• Work with service engineers to resolve customer issues and promote product knowledge.
• Support the sales team with leads, presentations, and training as needed.
