Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and provide technical support on aftermarket services.
• Identify and pursue aftermarket sales opportunities such as spare parts, wear parts, and service contracts.
• Develop business development plans and targets for the product range with the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with service engineers to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
• Provide sales support to internal teams (leads, presentations, training, competitive intelligence).
• Promote products, close orders, and drive revenue growth.
