Job summary

XDove Indonesia is seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution. You will coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver on time, within scope, and at high quality, including large-scale collection and process improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment. English fluency is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
• Track project performance and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Ensure effective communication across stakeholders and accountability.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Facilitate meetings and document action items with follow-up.
• Support strategic initiatives beyond collection projects, including system improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
