XDOF Indonesia is seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from planning to execution in Jakarta. You will ensure on-time delivery, defined scope, and high quality by coordinating Acquisition, Implementation, Audit, Annotation, and Engineering/Product teams with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including the Acquisition Team, Implementation Team, Audit Team, Annotation Team, Engineering/Product (where applicable), and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Track project performance and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders and maintain accountability throughout project execution.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across projects.
• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support strategic initiatives beyond collection projects, including system improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

About the Role

Projects may include large-scale collection initiatives, system and process improvements, operational optimization, and other strategic company initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can drive execution across diverse teams.
