Job summary

Agoda is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our New Business Initiatives within the Finance department in Jakarta. You will lead finance-focused strategic initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Product, Legal, and Business teams, and implement scalable financial processes with a view toward efficiency and automation.

You will coordinate requirements, influence roadmaps, and ensure timely milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance project management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced tech/e-commerce environment.
• Extensive stakeholder management and influencing ability.
• Process integration/transformation leadership in dynamic settings.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Project-manage and implement company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Analyze implications of new initiatives for finance functions and systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes.
• Represent finance in cross-functional forums to influence roadmaps.
• Ensure progress, manage risks, and coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Assist with UAT testing and post-launch issue resolution.
