Job summary

VIA.com is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Leader in Jakarta to oversee all finance functions, ensuring accurate AR, AP, GL, and reporting. You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual statements with strong internal controls and clear financial insights to support growth.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, taxation, and audits while collaborating with product, commercial, and operations teams to optimize performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading Finance & Accounting functions.
• Experience in OTA/e-commerce/fintech or related fields is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, taxation, and audits.
• Certifications such as CA/CPA/ACCA/IFRS are advantageous.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall finance and accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, and reporting.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
• Monitor revenue streams, transactions, and margins.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and audits.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
• Partner with commercial, product, and operations teams to optimize performance.
• Lead and develop the finance & accounting team.
