Job description

We are looking for a CRM to join our marketing team at Stockbit. You will manage and analyze customer data to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth, working closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to optimize and personalize customer communications across our CRM channels.
In this role we especially value people who are fluent with AI. We want someone who uses AI tools to work faster and smarter every day, and who can go further by building automation and AI agents within CRM functions — to scale segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution beyond what manual work allows. Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze customer data from various sources to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to optimize targeted marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of different CRM strategies and tactics.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business goals.
• Deliver timely, important updates to traders — making sure traders always hear market-moving news as soon as possible through the right CRM channels.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and the personalization of customer communications.
• Design and build automation and AI agents within CRM functions — automating segmentation, campaign workflows, and triggered journeys — to scale impact and free up time for higher-value work.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in the stock market, and someone who is personally active in it — you invest or trade yourself and follow the market closely.
• Strong understanding of market conditions, and the habit of actively reading news and events that impact the market.
• Understanding of traders' needs and behavior, so CRM strategies truly resonate with our users.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in a fast-paced industry.
• Ability to consistently produce quality output and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure, agile working environment.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
