Job summary

ISMAYA GROUP is seeking a Marketing Campaign Executive to support CRM and retention initiatives across vouchers, push, in-app, email, and WhatsApp in Indonesia. You will help segment users, personalize offers, and drive repeat transactions.

The role requires 1–2 years in marketing, strong analytical skills, experience handling end-to-end campaigns, and proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Presentations. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM and retention campaigns across channels
• Support user lifecycle personalization and segmentation
• Conduct A/B tests and optimize campaigns
• Analyze retention KPIs and provide insights
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product, Tech and Operations
• Monitor trends and contribute to new CRM initiatives
