Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration, Data Entry, or Customer Service.
• Familiarity with shipping/logistics terminology and CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate new customer registration data in the CRM system prior to account activation.
• Verify customer documents (NPWP, NIB, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
• Eliminate duplicate records and verify billing addresses and key contact information.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve missing or invalid documentation.
• Maintain and update customer status in the CRM to ensure data integrity.
