Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage large data volumes accurately.
• Familiarity with shipping/logistics terminology and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Validate new customer registration data in the CRM system prior to account activation.
• Verify customer legal and administrative documents (NPWP, NIB, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
• Eliminate duplicate records and verify critical account details, including billing addresses and key contact information.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve missing or invalid documentation.
• Manage customer status updates and maintain database integrity in the CRM system.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System and adhere to its requirements.
• Assist in investigation of accidents or incidents and provide factual reports.
• Support information security controls to protect company information assets.
