Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing automation, or email campaigns.
• Strong hands-on HTML email coding and campaign implementation in CRM platforms.
• Familiar with dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy HTML email, SMS, and push campaigns across CRM platforms.
• Develop dynamic content, personalization, segmentation, and conditional logic.
• Manage assets, templates, and HTML content in marketing automation tools.
• Perform QA across devices, browsers, and platforms before launch.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep campaign delivery running smoothly.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Data, and Client teams to translate requirements.
• Document processes and best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
• Explore new platform capabilities and automation opportunities.
