SCG is seeking a Credit Control Supervisor to lead a team and manage credit risk across the customer base. The role involves supervising daily activities, reviewing credit applications, and ensuring adherence to approved credit limits.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in credit control or finance, with at least 1–2 years in leadership, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and financial software. You will drive collection performance and policy compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance.
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong understanding of credit control procedures and accounts receivable management.
• Familiarity with credit risk assessment and debt recovery practices.
• Understanding of relevant financial regulations and company credit policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the credit control team
• Review and approve customer credit applications and recommend appropriate credit limits
• Monitor customer credit exposure and ensure adherence to approved credit limits
• Conduct periodic reviews of customer creditworthiness and recommend changes where necessary
• Escalate high-risk or long-outstanding accounts to management
• Recommend legal recovery actions when necessary
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on collections, overdue accounts, aging analysis, bad debts, and cash collection performance
• Analyze collection trends and identify potential credit risks
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
• Monitor the accounts receivable aging report and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
