SCG in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Credit Control Supervisor to lead the day-to-day activities of the credit control team. The role involves approving credit applications, monitoring exposure, and ensuring adherence to limits.

You will conduct periodic reviews of creditworthiness, escalate high-risk accounts, and prepare regular collections and aging reports. Strong Excel and negotiation skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong understanding of credit control procedures and accounts receivable management.
• Familiarity with credit risk assessment and debt recovery practices.
• Understanding of relevant financial regulations and company credit policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the credit control team.
• Review and approve customer credit applications and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor customer credit exposure and ensure adherence to approved credit limits.
• Conduct periodic reviews of customer creditworthiness and recommend changes where necessary.
• Escalate high-risk or long-outstanding accounts to management.
• Recommend legal recovery actions when necessary.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on collections, overdue accounts, aging analysis, bad debts, and cash collection performance.
• Analyze collection trends and identify potential credit risks.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
• Monitor the accounts receivable aging report and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
