Job summary

Saint-Gobain Indonesia is seeking an AR professional to manage accounts receivable and credit control processes. You will monitor aging, collect overdue payments, reconcile cash, and ensure accurate cash application.

You will also review credit limits, monitor exposure, and flag potential bad debts, providing recommendations to protect company liquidity. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics and 1–3 years' experience, with strong Excel skills; ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Management/Economics required.
• 1–3 years in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.

• Monitor AR aging and ensure timely collection
• Perform collection (phone, email, visit if necessary)
• Follow up on overdue/past due invoices
• Reconcile payments with invoices (cash application)

Credit Control & Risk Management

• Review and analyze customer credit limits
• Monitor exposure vs. credit limit
• Identify potential bad debts/default risk
• Provide recommendations: hold, release, or limit adjustment

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Management/Economics
• 1-3 years of experience in Credit control, Accounts receivable
• Familiarity with and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using an ERP system is a plus
