Job summary

Permata Indonesia in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Credit Management professional for a one-year project within our expanding finance team. You will support daily credit management and AR settlement activities, ensuring accuracy in limits and balances.

The role requires SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English to communicate with stakeholders across divisions. You will prepare weekly and month-end summaries and collaborate with other departments to resolve payment disputes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in AR, Credit Control, or Finance Operations.
• Experienced in using SAP (S/4 HANA is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate-Advanced).
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, able to communicate with stakeholders across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily credit management activities and monitor customer credit limits and outstanding balances
• Recap AR deductions and consolidate customer invoice details for settlement matching
• Follow up on Payment Block and outstanding items to ensure timely AR clearing
• Prepare weekly/bi-weekly progress reports and month-end outstanding summaries
• Coordinate with divisional stakeholders to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies
• Assist in daily bank statement recap and collection posting
