Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably domiciled in North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and recorded.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Support the accounting team in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
