About The Team

Join Shopee’s dynamic team to drive creator growth in one of the fastest growing segments of digital commerce: livestreaming & video content. In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end projects, transform data into actionable insights, design growth programs, and work closely with senior management to scale creator ecosystems.

We are looking for a high potential talent with experience in consulting, management trainee, or e-commerce with strong analytical, communication skills, and a proactive mindset to spot opportunities and deliver impactful solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Description

• Project Management and Execution: Translate strategy into tangible plan to execute and run execution of project end-to-end until evaluation, including running ad-hoc projects from time to time.
• Livestream & Video Creator Supply Management: Maintain healthy creator supply by driving initiatives such as creator acquisition, quality improvement programs, and churn management to maintain an optimal supply state.
• Creator Growth Programs: Design and implement programs to groom and develop creators to meet supply requirements; perform data analysis on creator behavior and performance.
• Program Design & Execution: Lead program ideation, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and develop pilot to scale execution plans to enhance creator ecosystem.
• Feature Adoption Analysis: Monitor and analyze adoption of livestream features identifying opportunities to increase usage.
• Creator Education Analysis: Analyze creators' needs, ideate, design, and deliver education content to address gaps and improve overall performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related major, with ~4+ years of experience.
• Previous experience in strategy/management consulting, startup, e-commerce, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong interest in the e-commerce and content industry.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, able to analyze and interpret data into actionable business insights.
• High ownership, self-driven, proactive in identifying growth opportunities, and committed to finding effective solutions.
• Structured verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to present to management teams.
