Job summary

PT Good Rupa group’s RUPA seeks a motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations at its Uluwatu venue. You will help manage daily tasks, supervise teams, and uphold quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a creative yet disciplined approach. You’ll train junior staff, manage inventory, and contribute to cost control while embracing a shift-based schedule

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred
