Job summary

PT WAHANA ERA INOVASI is seeking a design-minded individual to create promotional materials and support sales and marketing for our B2B furniture and mattress business. You will design catalogs, decks, and showroom content, while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Based in South Jakarta, this on-site role requires Canva proficiency (Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma a plus), strong communication and presentation skills, and a proactive approach to follow up with partners during trade

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; design, marketing, or business background is a plus.
• Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in sales/business development — willingness to learn and follow up.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
• On-site in South Jakarta, six days per week.

• Build sales decks/presentations for pitching to prospective B2B partners (interior designers, contractors, property developers)
• Support the sales team with follow-ups and communication with prospective customers/partners, including during trade shows or showroom visits
• Keep catalogs and marketing materials updated with the latest products
• Coordinate with the marketing & sales teams to maintain visual and messaging consistency across all materials
• Help prepare materials for trade exhibitions

Key responsibilities

Create simple design materials via Canva: product catalogs, promotional content, presentation decks, in line with SANCI's brand guidelines

Build sales decks/presentations for pitching to prospective B2B partners (interior designers, contractors, property developers)

Support the sales team with follow-ups and communication with prospective customers/partners, including during trade shows or showroom visits

Keep catalogs and marketing materials updated with the latest products

Coordinate with the marketing & sales teams to maintain visual and messaging consistency across all materials

Help prepare materials for trade exhibitions

About you

Minimum high school/vocational/D3 diploma; design, marketing, or business background is a plus

Proficient in Canva (required); familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma is a plus

Good communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with prospective partners/customers

Interest in sales/business development — no expertise required, just a willingness to learn and proactively follow up

Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working with deadlines

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

On-site (WFO), 6 working days per week, based in South Jakarta

Experience in the furniture/mattress industry or B2B sales is a plus (not required)
