Ku Creatives is an AI-powered ad creative production floor that serves international clients. We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the editing team, QC every deliverable before client delivery, enforce brand guidelines across accounts, and be the main client contact from brief to final delivery.

This is a leadership role bridging clients and the creative team, ensuring projects run on time, feedback is clear, and outputs meet Ku Creatives' quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 / Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, Film, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management, production coordination, or creative operations role, preferably in a video/creative context.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, at C2 level, TOEFL or IELTS certification is a must.
• Strong understanding of the video production process from briefing to final delivery.
• Proven ability to lead and give feedback to creative teams with clarity and confidence.
• Excellent client communication skills, written and verbal, with professional expectations management.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Asana.
• Understanding of social media platforms and what good video ads look like across each.
• Understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
• Calm under pressure and decisive when plans change.
• Have own laptop.
• Willing to work from 15:00 - 00:00 WIB and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the creative team, allocating workload based on capacity and priorities.
• Review and approve video edits/designs before client delivery with clear feedback.
• Own client relationships from briefing to final delivery and translate feedback into actionable direction.
• Track timelines, productivity, and delivery metrics to keep operations running smoothly.
• Build and maintain scalable production workflows and quality control processes.
• Collaborate on creative direction and platform best practices to raise content quality.
