Key responsibilities

Develop and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that reflects the brand's personality

Be comfortable and confident speaking on camera to connect authentically with audiences

Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them creatively to suit the brand

Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools to create polished and captivating content

Manage Fabrica's social media platforms, including planning and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to comments or messages

Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and goals

Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to maximize reach and engagement

About you

Proven experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (portfolio or links to work required)

Creative thinker who is not afraid to think out-of-the-box, try new ideas, and push boundaries

Confident and natural on camera, with strong communication skills

Social media savvy, with a good understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and trends

Proficient in video editing tools, especially CapCut

Strategic mindset with the ability to create content that entertains while achieving business goals
