Responsibilities

Develop engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Reels reflecting the brand personality.
Speak on camera to connect authentically with audiences.
Stay on top of trends and adapt them to the brand.
Edit videos using CapCut to produce polished content.
Manage Fabrica's social platforms: plan, schedule, engage with followers, respond to comments.
Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and goals.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to maximize reach and engagement.
