Job summary

Gentem Group in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a Creative Content Creator to join the Marketing team. You will craft engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to strengthen our brand and support business growth.

Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to turn ideas and trends into compelling content. You will shoot, edit, and appear on camera when needed, and monitor performance to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends.
• Creative, proactive with ability to develop fresh ideas.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable creating short-form video content and appearing on camera.
• Proficient editing skills with CapCut, Canva or Adobe Premiere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Create short-form video content, including Reels and TikTok videos, from concept to production and editing.
• Develop content concepts based on current trends, audience interests, and brand objectives.
• Write engaging hooks, captions, scripts, and copy for social media content.
• Participate in content production, including shooting, directing, and appearing on camera when needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and other teams to develop campaign and promotional content.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, creator trends, and emerging content styles.
• Support content creation for Gentem Group's education brands, including Wall Street English, Genstarkids, and INDIES.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our Marketing team at Gentem Group. You will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content across social media platforms to strengthen our brand presence, increase audience engagement, and support business growth.

• Good time management and ability to work with deadlines.
• Portfolio of previous content is highly preferred.
• Experience in education, lifestyle, F&B, beauty, or consumer brands is a plus.
