Job Description

Pensieve is an emerging Cyber / Deep Tech startup building impactful technology. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator who understands internet culture and knows how to turn ideas into engaging content.

If you’re someone who scrolls TikTok or Instagram and instantly thinks “this trend could work for a brand”, this role might be for you.

Responsibilities

Able to create 3-5 short-form content / videos per week for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.).

Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, and viral formats.

Turn ideas into content that can generate high engagement, views, and reach.

Brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling.

Edit and produce engaging videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.

Work closely with the marketing team to experiment with new formats and content strategies.

Track content performance and continuously improve what works.

Good to Have :

Have grown your own TikTok / Instagram account (please share us the account link)

Understand social media algorithms and engagement strategies.

Requirements

0–3 years experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (portfolio matters more than years).

Always up to date with social media trends and understands what makes content viral.

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.).

Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting and testing new ideas.
