Responsibilities

• Develop visionary ideas and produce content from concept to final video.
• Create daily or weekly content plans.
• Produce video content for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube.
• Involve in video production from conceptualization to posting.
• Deliver basic video editing to create engaging content.
• Collaborate with the team to generate ads content and coordinate planning.
• Identify social media trends (TikTok/IG) to drive virality.
• Tell compelling stories and influence audience perception.
• Analyze content performance to provide insights.
• Manage end-to-end creation and post-production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• We’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to make videos, we’re looking for someone who can come up with visionary ideas and produce them all the way through to the final content.
• Able to make content plan in daily basis or weekly basis.
• Produce video content for social media platforms ranging from TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube
• Involved and execute in video production process including conceptualization, storyboarding, scheduling, recording, editing, and posting.
• Skilled at delivering basic editing of video to create engaging content.
• Work closely with the team to generate ads creative content and cross functional team on planning, requirements and processes
• Able to search for social media trends especially TikTok and Instagram reels to get virality. Come up with fresh ideas and be able to explain it to the Lead of Content.
• Have a good taste of storytelling and influencing the way people think.
• Analyze content performance for more meaningful insights and content recommendations
• Confident and proficient in managing the end-to-end creation process and post-production.
• Produce and shoot high quality video content for all media platforms required.
• Think creatively and critically in every situation. This skill includes creative thinking for brainstorming, campaign activation, new ideas, etc.
• Being adaptive with social media trend especially on TikTok trending sounds, hashtags, various type of content, etc.
• Able to express different facial expressions and body gestures according to the video key message.
