Job summary

Nexans Indonesia invites experienced leaders to assume President Director, the country’s legal representative and country leader responsible for governance, strategy and performance. You will report to Nexans Power Transmission leadership and work with local boards to drive safe, reliable operations and sustainable growth.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

As President Director, you will be accountable for the overall leadership, direction and performance of Nexans Indonesia. You will deliver operational excellence and organizational development while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and Nexans Group standards.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Hold full responsibility for the company P&L, balance sheet performance, cash flow and overall financial health.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and performance plans aligned with Nexans Power Transmission Business Group strategy.
• Ensure robust financial discipline, business accountability and transparent reporting.

Operations & Operational Excellence

• Ensure safe, reliable and efficient business operations across all activities in Indonesia.
• Drive productivity, quality, safety and customer satisfaction while maintaining competitive costs.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes, systems and ways of working.

Corporate Governance & Compliance

• Act as the legal representative of Nexans Indonesia, ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to Nexans Group governance, ethics, compliance, internal controls and reporting requirements.
• Maintain effective risk management, internal control and business continuity practices.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the Indonesian team, ensuring effective succession planning and talent development.
• Foster high employee engagement and a safe, inclusive working environment.

Stakeholder Management

• Represent Nexans Indonesia with shareholders, government agencies, regulatory authorities, business partners and industry organizations.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and external stakeholders to strengthen Nexans’ reputation and business position.
• Promote and protect Nexans’ values and interests in Indonesia.

YOUR STARTING POINT

• Proven experience ingeneral managementroles, ideally leading a service or industrial business.
• DemonstratedP&L responsibilityand strong knowledge of financial management and business accountability.

• Excellentpeople leadershipskills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience working inmulticultural organizations, with the ability to collaborate across countries and functions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
