Job summary

PT. LIDA KARYA INDONESIA is seeking a pricing coordinator for aluminum door and window projects in Tangerang Selatan.

The role involves understanding pricing, preparing spreadsheets, and creating price quotation tables, with at least 1 year experience for seniors or none for juniors. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelors in Civil/Architecture/Industrial Eng, be proficient in Word, Excel, AutoCad, and able to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project, and Production teams; Mandarin

Qualifications

• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset and ability to work toward targets/deadlines.
• Experience in the construction or aluminum/glass/door & window industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and AutoCad.

Understand pricing for aluminum alloy doors and windows

Understand pricing for local door and window materials

Understand price ranges for local door and window projects

Able to create spreadsheets and price quotation tables

Minimum 1 year of work experience in this field (for senior roles); no experience required (for junior roles)

Have a general understanding of door and window project construction processes/methods

Must be able to Write and Speak Mandarin

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience in the construction, aluminum, glass, or door & window industries is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & AutoCad

Thorough, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working towards targets/deadlines

Able to collaborate with the Sales, Engineering, Project, Purchasing, and Production teams
