Job summary

PT. LIDA KARYA INDONESIA is seeking a Cost Estimator with a background in civil/industrial engineering or related fields.

The role involves understanding pricing for aluminum alloy doors and windows, local material costs, and project price ranges, plus creating price quotation tables. Candidates should have 1+ year of relevant experience (senior) or be open to junior roles with no experience required, and be able to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project, Purchasing, and Production teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the construction, aluminum, glass, or door & window industries is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Thorough, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working towards targets/deadlines
• Able to collaborate with the Sales, Engineering, Project, Purchasing, and Production teams
• Proficiency in Mandarin or English is preferred
