Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasonedCost Control professional to lead budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting on strategic projects in Jakarta. You will partner with Project, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to keep expenditures aligned with financial targets.

The role requires 7+ years in cost control, project finance, or PM, with strong Excel and ERP skills. Certifications such as PMP or CMA are preferred. Relocation willingness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience in Energy, EPC, Construction, Marine, or Infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with leadership capability.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCP, CMA, or CPA preferred.

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Monitor project expenses and analyze cost variances.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Cost Control, Project Finance, or Project Management.

- Experience in Energy, EPC, Construction, Marine, or Infrastructure projects is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Preferred Certifications : PMP, CCP, CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification.
