Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager in Jakarta to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with strategic growth initiatives. You will collaborate with Management and Sales on pricing, investments, and profitability, while overseeing monthly closings and financial reporting to the Board.

The role requires 5+ years in finance leadership within EPC/Energy/Construction, strong English communication, ERP experience, and robust stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong command of Business English, written and verbal.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager in EPC, Energy, or Construction sectors.
• Experience in pricing strategies, budgeting, sales support, and commercial finance advisory.
• Background in financial reporting, management accounting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting systems.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.

• Ensure timely tax compliance across VAT, corporate tax, transfer pricing, and withholding taxes.

• Drive finance system improvements and shared service initiatives for efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
• Undertake additional finance and business projects as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning, providing insights to support business growth and strategic objectives.
• Partner with Management and Sales teams on pricing, investments, business expansion, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and presentation of results to the Board of Directors and Management.
• Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, withholding taxes, and foreign workers tax matters.
• Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, governance standards, and financial procedures across accounting, taxation, costing, and order management functions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, CAPEX, OPEX, banking relationships, risk management, and audit processes.
• Drive finance system improvements, process enhancement initiatives, and shared service operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, strong performance, and continuous improvement.
• Undertake additional finance and business projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager within the EPC, Energy, or Construction sectors, with exposure to pricing strategies, budgeting, sales support, and commercial finance advisory.
• Proven background in financial reporting, management accounting, treasury operations, taxation, business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting systems.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and communication ability.
