Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a finance-oriented professional to monitor mutations in stock across outlets and warehouses and analyze COGS movements. The role involves coordinating with stock keepers and store managers to enforce cost control policies and training staff on systems.

You will review inventory price movements, ensure timely addition of new product data, and prepare weekly/monthly cost control reports to support audits and divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2 years of work experience in a related field preferred.
• Must have spoken and written English.
• Excellent data management and data analysis skills.
• Understanding cost control, budgeting, and accounting programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock mutations across outlets and warehouses and coordinate related issues.
• Review the movement of cost of goods sold (%) and analyze it.
• Monitor inventory price movements and trends.
• Ensure all departments implement cost control policies and procedures.
• Conduct system training for relevant store employees.
• Analyze Stock Opname results from each store and prepare insights.
• Coordinate with Stock Keeper PICs and Store Managers or MODs on issues.
• Verify new Product Masters & new BOMs are added promptly to the system.
• Generate weekly and monthly cost control reports and other related reports.
• Ensure all documents and memos are complete and well-preserved.
• Provide data support for External and Internal Audits.

• Review the movement of the cost of goods sold (%) and its analysis.
• Monitoring inventory price movements.
• Ensuring that all departments can effectively implement every cost control policy and procedure.
• Conducting system training for relevant store employees.
• Analyzing Stock Opname based on the results of stock opname from each store.
• Coordinating with Stock Keeper PICs and Store Managers or MODs for any emerging issues.
• Ensuring that the addition of new Product Masters & new BOMs is correct and added to the system promptly.
• Generating weekly and monthly cost control reports and other reports to support relevant divisions.
• Ensuring all documents/Memos are complete and well-preserved.
• Assisting in providing necessary data support for both External and Internal Audits

Requirement:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• 2 years of work experience in same level related field preferred
• Must have spoken and written in English
• Excellent data management and data analysis skills
