Job summary

PT Nayue Kosmetik Indonesia is seeking a senior R&D leader to drive cosmetic and skincare product development from concept to launch. You will oversee market research, formulation, testing, and regulatory alignment while ensuring timelines and quality standards.

Collaborate with R&D/Formulation, QA/QC, Regulatory, Production, and Marketing to meet client briefs and business goals. Requires strong leadership, English communication, and willingness to be placed in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required.
• Minimum 5 years in R&D, Product Development, or Innovation in beauty/cosmetic.
• Experience in cosmetic formulation and product development.
• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation, and trends.
• Experience with maklon and handling client briefs.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and leadership.
• English proficiency.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage R&D, innovation, and new product development projects.
• Develop innovative cosmetic and skincare products based on market trends and client requirements.
• Conduct market, competitor, and ingredient research to identify new product opportunities.
• Manage the product development process from concept, formulation trials, testing, revision, to final approval.
• Collaborate with clients, R&D/Formulation, QA/QC, Regulatory, Production, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure products meet quality, safety, regulatory, timeline, and business requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the R&I team.
