Job summary

PT Nayue Kosmetik Indonesia seeks a senior marketing leader to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and sales targets in the cosmetics OEM sector.

You will strengthen brand positioning, lead B2B marketing on campaigns and lead generation, and coordinate closely with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams. Experience with international markets and fluent English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or manufacturing/OEM.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and beauty industry trends.
• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience handling international markets or overseas clients is an advantage.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.
