Job summary

PT Cantik Alami Sehat is seeking an R&D Formulator Staff to develop and formulate high-quality cosmetic products based on briefs and market needs. You will conduct raw material research, evaluate safety and effectiveness, and collaborate with QA/QC and Production to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacist, or Chemistry.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to company needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop cosmetic product formulations based on briefs and market needs.
• Research new raw materials and evaluate their safety and effectiveness.
• Develop new formulas and modify existing formulations.
• Conduct stability, safety, and performance testing.
• Prepare and maintain formulation documentation (SOPs, formula sheets, and testing data).
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure material and product quality.
• Prepare samples for internal and external testing.
• Monitor industry trends, technologies, and regulations in cosmetics.
• Ensure compliance with BPOM regulations and international standards.
• Support production for scale-up.
