Job summary

PT. Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a RNI Formulator Staff - Make Up to join the RNI team in South Jakarta. You will lead end-to-end makeup product development, verification, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure quality and timely launches.

Requirements include a Bachelor in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or related field with GPA 3.0, fluency in English, strong analytical and communication skills, and onsite work 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Basic understanding of cosmetic formulations (Make Up).
• Strong analytical abilities for design of experiments and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end makeup product development from concept through launch.
• Perform verification and validation testing for new products.
• Innovate and develop new cosmetic formulations meeting consumer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for project execution.
• Manage product registration processes with BPOM/MUI and regulators.

Qualification:

• Min Bachelor in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or related major with min. GPA 3.0
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Understanding the basic formulation for cosmetics (Make Up)
• Strong analytical abilities which required for design of experiments, data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation, documentation and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage end-to-end new product development for makeup/cosmetic products, from concept through launch.
• Perform verification and validation testing for new products across mixing and filling processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Innovate and develop new cosmetic formulations that meet consumer needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of product development projects.
• Manage and oversee the product registration process with BPOM/MUI and other relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance.

Workplace :OnsiteMonday - Friday : 08.00 - 17.00
